But i recommend that you need to do first slow cardio before you start HIIT, and stay in your recommended minimum and maximum heart rate !!! How long should I ride the exercise bike to induce labor?

I am 2 cm dilated and 70% effaced. The babys in the -2 position. I am riding the exercise bike to help induce labor. When I am riding it it feels like a lot of pressure in my pelvic area and also in my butt. How long should I ride it for it to be effective? IS the pressure a good thing?
After research I found that the exercise bike does the same thing as walking. If I could walk I would but it is too hot outside for me to do so

I need to lose weight fast for a wedding that i have to attend to in 2months, is there any special techniques or an awesome diet that i can use to lose the weight faster? please help… I only have access to an exercise bike as the gym is too far for me to go to..

You could do other exercises like jumping lunges, squats, push up’s. You may plateau if the exercise bike is the only thing your doing for 2 months.

I need to loss 130 pounds by September 03, 2010. Can someone please tell me will a treadmill help me loss more weight than an exercise bike?

Treadmill will burn a lot more calories, but it will be a lot harder.

If you can do it, swimming is much more effective and much easier for burning calories (which leads to weight loss).
