Moreover, you own bike is always available. That WILL increase your consistency.

You can get a serviceable bike for around $300... less if you are a small person. My bike was about $1500.00, but I&#039;m 6&#039; 6&quot; and 245lb. It was worth every dime. And really, gym fees can easily amount to that much... and I probably wouldn&#039;t go that often.</description>

The best thing is that I can watch television (sans commercials) and movies while exercising. I&#039;ve found that watching a television show makes you lose track of the time that you&#039;re exercising. It doesn&#039;t get boring. When I used to run, even with an iPod, I was always bored. Not so with the recumbent bike... plus, I can use it at 3:30 AM in the middle of a snow storm!</description>

The trick is consistency! Afterwords I started eating normally again, and I just maintained the weight. No diet or anything. But I do continue to do basic home exercises just to stay in shape.</description>
