What is a reasonable time to cycle ten miles on an exercise bike?

It the sit down with the pedals in front of you: 1 h 15 min
Pedals under you (like actual bike) 50mins

Learn to go by time on an exercise bike as your body only understands time and effort, mileage is a useless reference.

Distance is meaningless on a exercise bike. You want to go by time and effort. A heart rate monitor will allow you to ride at a good pace without wearing your self out. I try to do 90 min a day during the winter months.

You can’t cycle 10 miles on a bike that doesn’t go anywhere. The only thing the speedometer does is give a value that you can compare from ride to ride as long as you never touch the resistance setting.
