What are the benefits you would get from a spinning exercise class?

I want to tone my legs and build my endurance for ski season. Is spinning good for that? Pilates? anything else?
spinning is awesome…depends a lot on the instructor….make sure the class is at least 1 hour long….buy a heart rate monitor to make sure your getting a good workout.





Well you would get really dizzy and fall over laughing. Sounds fun!
