WTFAwesome job on the record-too bad that was the goofiest spin class I have ever seen. Really?!? What is up with the one hand behind the back thing? Were there some pushups on the handlebars too? Who does that? Cant wait to see that move in the Tour this year. Seriously, this is what makes indoor cycling look stupid & alienates real roadies from spin classes. Too bad, looked like a cool event but set back indoor cycling about 10 yrs for all of us trying to teach effective technique. Thanks.
Nice job John
