HIIT cardio training. More about me on my blog http://www.MrMuscleBeach.com. HIIT helps me a lot to get in shape and it takes much less time then regular 45 min cardio. But i recommend that you need to do first slow cardio before you start HIIT, and stay in your recommended minimum and maximum heart rate !!! You can do hiit on any fitness machine or even as outdoor sport. I did zero fitness for more then 15 years and trained myself up to this level. have fun and don’t forget … NUTRITION is everything

Not much visual change, I’m afraid. I’ve spent lots of time working out though, but eating didn’t go very well over the weekend. My weight is still around 56 kg. My goal is to get it back stable around 53-54, but since I’ve set myself a goal of 15 weeks, I should make it slowly. If I go down too much just now, it will never stay that way.
