Not much visual change, I’m afraid. I’ve spent lots of time working out though, but eating didn’t go very well over the weekend. My weight is still around 56 kg. My goal is to get it back stable around 53-54, but since I’ve set myself a goal of 15 weeks, I should make it slowly. If I go down too much just now, it will never stay that way.

45 min Spinning (exercise bike w/ other people and loud music!)

Gym: 30 min jogging, leg + stomach exercises.
